- Sonaré trumpets are built in Elkhart, Indiana, with a leadpipe and mouthpiece designed and manufactured especially for this instrument, by noted designer Cliff Blackburn.
- Normally only sold as an after-market item, Blackburn leadpipes are standard on these trumpets.
- Sonaré's solution to the problem of valve alignment is their MicroLok™ valve system (patent pending). The piston is set in place by a screw easily reset by a trained technician.
- Cryogenic treatment relieves stress in the metal that normally occurs during the making of a trumpet. The benefits of cryogenics for the player are a broader spectrum of colors and enhanced response, especially in the high register. Sonaré offers cryogenic processing standard on their new instruments.
- It includes a Sonaré wood shell case and Blackburn 3C silver plated mouthpiece, matched to the individual trumpet.
