Grenadilla:
Made in the USA, these excellent piccolos are made of grenadilla wood for a sweet, dark tone. They have a silver plated mechanism and 10K gold springs and a hand finished embouchure hole.

Ironwood:
Ironwood is a very hard domestic wood with beautiful brown and black variegated wood grain. The Boston Legacy ironwood piccolo produces a very responsive and sweet sound, delivering a rather lighter sound when compared to the line of grenadilla wood instruments. Made in the USA, these excellent piccolos have a silver plated mechanism and 10K gold springs and a hand finished embouchure hole.
